Project Management
Here's an overview: Our project managers oversee solar projects from conception through to evaluation.
To ensure that the implementation and operation of our solar power plants run smoothly and according to plan, our project managers oversee individual construction projects at Enerparc AG. In doing so, they handle the coordination, planning, and management of all components involved in each project. Since we build solar parks all over the world, this means managing multiple projects simultaneously—sometimes in different countries, with different cultures, work styles, and conditions.
Our project managers ensure that the previously defined project goals are achieved within the planned timeframe and the agreed-upon budget. They are involved from the very start of a new project, defining goals and deadlines and assessing resources. During the planning phase, they are responsible for assembling the respective team and, of course, for cost calculations. During implementation, their responsibilities include controlling; after the project is completed, our project managers handle final acceptance as well as the analysis and identification of opportunities for optimization.
Entry into the profession typically involves a traditional degree in project management or studying it as a sub-discipline within a field such as industrial engineering or electrical engineering.
