Our project developers’ responsibilities include preparing project documentation for tenders and obtaining building permits for solar parks and PV systems.
In doing so, they deal intensively with issues such as nature conservation, land use, and permitting procedures, and maintain close communication with administrative bodies, authorities, and property owners. In addition, they coordinate site surveys and conduct contract negotiations.
Before a solar plant is implemented, our project developers often monitor a site over a period of two to three years. In doing so, they lay the groundwork for a smooth process during the subsequent construction and implementation phase.
