They ensure that every construction site receives exactly the materials that were ordered, maintaining close contact with site management, suppliers, engineers, and the purchasing department.
Logistics Management for Photovoltaic and Solar Park Projects
Our logistics team’s responsibilities include allocating individual product quantities to projects and managing inventory. To ensure these processes run as efficiently as possible, our employees work closely with nearly every department at ENERPARC.
In addition, they communicate with freight forwarders, coordinate truck drivers to the correct unloading location, and regularly coordinate with project development. Site visits are also part of the daily routine for our logistics managers in the solar and photovoltaic projects division.
