Who takes care of the solar parks once they are connected to the grid? This is where our team consisting of technical management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), gets involved. They take care of all of the tasks that are related to a solar power plant. They make sure that the amount of power previously estimated is the amount of power produced. For their daily work, this means: headset on, monitors turned on – this is where the data from all our solar parks and customers come together.
As park managers, our colleagues keep a close eye on the power yield, as well as the weather. They check error messages and stay in close contact with the service employees on site. In case of a failure, they prepare analyses and identify possible solutions, and at the same time they prepare reports for the finance department and assign tasks that arise to external companies. Our managers typically come from the areas of environmental and electrical technology, as well as engineering.
