To ensure that the implementation and operation of our solar plants run smoothly and according to plan, our project managers oversee individual construction processes of Enerparc. In the process they take over the coordination, planning and control of all components that are part of the respective project. As we realize solar parks all over the world, this means: managing several projects at the same time – sometimes in different countries , with different cultures, working methods and circumstances.
Our project managers ensure that the defined project goals are achieved within schedule and the agreed budget. They are already involved in the conception of a new project, they define goals and deadlines, and evaluate resources. During the planning period they are responsible for choosing the right team and of course for the cost calculation. During the implementation among others the controlling lies in their area of responsibility, after closing a project our project managers take over the final inspection as well as the analysis and definition of optimization options.
You start your career here at Enerparc with a classic project management degree or as a sub-discipline in a field such as industrial engineering or electrical engineering.
