We are shaping the energy transition – together with everyone who is setting the course for it. First and foremost: the communities and the citizens who live there, who play a decisive role in determining the pace of the solar transition. That is why we involve them in the planning of the solar park at an early stage, exchange ideas with them regularly and show them the environmental and economic benefits. To this end, we currently employ over 50 project developers in Germany alone, who are committed to ensuring that projects run smoothly and accompany each project from start to finish.

However, regardless of our projects, we are also committed to charitable, socially relevant associations and projects in the fields of education, integration, health and sport, including the Red Cross, SOS Children's Villages and female offshore sailors.

Safe working conditions are important to us not only within our organisation, but also at our suppliers and partner companies. That is why we became a founding member of the Solar Stewardship Initiative. Together with numerous players in the global solar value chain, we are committed to promoting responsible production, procurement and management of materials.
